I support and work with children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and strengths-based techniques. For children, I incorporate creative, play-based strategies.
