I offer a collaborative approach and draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to understand and change negative thought patterns, DBT focuses on building skills for emotional regulation, attachment theory, and EMDR is effective for trauma recovery by processing distressing memories.
