Therapy can often be intimidating but as a clinician it is my job to offer support and guidance towards growth in resolving one's personal struggle. I am very passionate about working with people and believe strongly in empowering an individual to see strengths in order to overcome barriers. I see individuals, couples and family's alike as those relationships can be crucial in ones healing. I have a special interest in working with professionals looking for therapy, coaching & support. I have been in the field of counseling for over 25 years working with adolescents, adults, men, women and LGBTQIA+ persons in a variety of areas including inpatient, outpatient, correctional and private settings. I have a strong background in Mental Health and Addictions. Video-Tele Health and in person sessions are available.
My interests are in following areas: Addiction, Mental Health/Depression/Anxiety, Women's issues, Self Esteem, Cultural Issues, Life Transitions, Life Coaching, Grief & Loss. My experience also includes helping individuals/families affected by immigration with a focus on life transitions/change.
