Challenges can arise at any point in one's life. Often we are faced with adjustments, difficult life transitions, grief/loss, or other obstacles. This can cause a range of painful emotions including anxiety, depression, or other difficulties. As someone who specializes in helping those with anxiety, stress, and improving overall well-being, I am here to help you with those obstacles.

What to Expect: Together in a safe environment, we will identify challenges and find ways to move beyond them. I offer integrative psychotherapy because I'm trained in both holistic and traditional modalities. The approaches used may pull from either or both of these philosophies and will be based on what is most appropriate for you.

The mind-body connection will be taken into consideration, as well in order to provide the most comprehensive experience possible. You will be given support and provided with the needed tools in order to achieve well-being. Some modalities my clients commonly find helpful are CBT, EMDR, Guided Imagery, and Mindfulness.
