Life happens and can present with many challenges. Often times those challenges occur unexpectedly. When the unexpected occurs, we may experience symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief and or trauma that may cause us to feel a sense of powerlessness in our circumstances or paralyzed by fear. I am passionate about helping others using a respectful and non-judgmental manner, providing tools and teaching skills to help with managing overwhelming emotions.
Recognizing that no one is perfect, I encourage clients to embrace their own uniqueness and individuality. Through a collaborative partnership and shared decision making, I help my clients learn to recognize their personal strengths and work toward becoming their best selves.
