I received my master’s degree in the mental health field from Webster University. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, using cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and a person-centered approach that recognizes and respects the uniqueness of each individual. I have enjoyed working with children and their families over the past few years. I have recently been training in equine assisted therapy and have loved every minute of it. My goal as a therapist is to help people reconnect with life through self-discovery. I appreciate the power of simply being understood by another person.
Something unique about my style is that I believe in being transparent, upfront, and honest about a client’s issues. I feel that everyone of my clients have the ability find that strength inside them that they need to be successful in life. Everyone’s definition of success is different.
