When we experience challenging events in our lives, it is human nature to seek to avoid uncomfortable memories, emotions, or body sensations related to these events. Much like the body possesses the innate power to heal a cut on your leg, the mind is equipped with this same intelligence. Using suspension of judgment and psychoeducation, I provide knowledge and a safe container for clients to access their inner healing intelligence and find meaning in difficult experiences. I am also deeply passionate about harm reduction and I have dedicated many years of my career to addressing my clients' relationship with substances.
I am a level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II). I am also certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, Level 1 Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy, and I also completed training in MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy with MAPS.
I welcome opportunities to practice curiosity and learn about the experiences of other people, and I enjoy creating a safe container for people to explore their inner universe and truly connect with themselves.
