In my private practice, I have limited availability for ongoing psychotherapy and will soon offer EMDR intensives for birth trauma, virtual and in person in Frederick & Baltimore, MD.
I have a wealth of experience and advanced training in perinatal mental health.I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of women and families, as they navigate the joys and sorrows of complex pregnancy and birth experiences.
In her practice, Mary Frances works with perinatal women in all stages - from women who are considering pregnancy, women experiencing the pain of pregnancy loss, to women living with untreated perinatal mental health conditions years after their births.
Mary has a special interest in working with women with birth related PTSD, women parenting in the wake of their own childhood trauma, as well as parents who have received a prenatal diagnosis. She has advanced training perinatal mental health and psychotherapy through Postpartum Support International and is trained in EMDR.
