Welcome to a trauma informed and relationship focused practice. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Doctorate in Jungian Studies. My client base: Teens, Adults, and Seniors. Areas of Focus: 1) Exploring experiences that have contributed to psychological distress 2) Central Nervous System rebalancing for connection and attunement 3) Interpersonal effectiveness, healthy boundaries, communication and conflict resolution skills. 4) Brainspotting & Natural Flow EMDR to process traumatic and stressful events 5) Jungian Focused Therapy, Anxiety, and Depression 6) Walk & TaIk Sessions, Equine & Canine Therapy upon request
Unresolved traumatic events are addressed with support and care to process experiences that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential. Spending time outdoors experiencing nature while walking and talking provides a rhythmic, repetitive, patterned motion that rebalances the nervous system and invites the opportunity to restore calm and hope.
