My target groups include high school juniors and seniors, college students, new professionals (those who have launched their careers and are not happy), mid-life career changers, and those contemplating retirement who want to engage in some form of work.
My focus in working with individuals is helping them answer the critically important question "Who am I?" as a necessary step in deciding on a career path that will be a good fit for them. My approach is comprehensive in that I lead my clients through an exploration of their abilities, interests, personality, and values.
I've helped individuals at various stages make good decisions about their career paths for over 30 years. I often use career assessments and narrative approaches in the career decision making process as well as the model I developed for progression toward a good decision about college major or career.
