I’m Mary Bennett, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor(LPC-S) with a passion for helping adolescents,women, adults, couples, and families navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship struggles. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas and have extensive experience working with chemically dependent individuals and leading Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs in hospital settings. My diverse experience allows me to address a wide range of concerns
