My clients enjoy a relaxed environment with a professional, kind listener who is skilled in empowering them during challenging times. I use a didactic and compassionate approach. My specific therapy tools change depending on the needs of the individual. Many of my clients have survived painful relationships. I have helped many couples stay married and make their relationships more satisfying. I strive to provide a safe, shame-free environment. Many clients seek my help with divorce or after break up healing. I have also completed post graduate school training in Family mediation, Parent Coordination and Couples Counseling.
My goal is to help people realize their FULL potential. Many of my clients have come seeking help with trauma induced self-esteem issues. I have helped many clients increase their self-compassion significantly. I also have training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which has been very effective with my clients suffering from various forms of trauma.
The clients that seem to be drawn to me are creative, intelligent, spiritual and hurting. I work with individuals, couples and families. I also work with many church organizations and do NOT discriminate based on race, religion, or any other factor. I believe we are all in this experience of life on this planet together.
