My approach integrates DBT, CBT, Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, body-based therapies, humor, and creativity to support clients in understanding unhelpful patterns; setting healthy boundaries and communicate needs to the people they love. Through my years of professional practice and my own personal work, I have cultivated an approach that meets each person where they are on their healing journey.
I specialize in working with couples, women, and families — with an emphasis on postpartum depression and perinatal mood disorders. My hope is to work collaboratively with you to identify goals and create an effective plan together that cultivates a more graceful, joyful, and confident self and relationship with others.
