Counseling is a service that encourages wellness and growth so individuals can work through life’s many ups and downs. I aim to walk alongside you to find a way forward. Together, we will determine the goals you wish to reach and work collaboratively to understand and navigate your situation.
Currently, I am treating individuals, children, and adolescents with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, relationship struggles, and physical/sexual/ emotional abuse. Techniques I align with are person-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, play-based therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
