Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and supportive. My approach is warm, grounded, and eclectic, and I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process that honors each person’s individuality.
I primarily work with tweens, teens, and young adults, and also see adults and families. I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to meet each client where they are and to support growth, healing, and resilience.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University and have experience in a variety of settings, including serving as Supervisor and Lead Therapist for a tween/adolescent partial hospitalization program, working as a young adult intensive outpatient therapist, and providing care in community mental health.
