I have over 14 years of experience as a clinician. In addition to developing an amazing rapport with my clients I have adapted several therapeutic orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered, CBT- trauma-focused, Reality Therapy and various mindfulness-based techniques.
