I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Temple University, where I developed a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.
I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and draw upon techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This diverse skill set allows me to tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs.
I am passionate about working with clients facing a range of concerns, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, gender dysphoria, self harm, suicidality, domestic abuse, grief, and life transitions.
