My ideal clients are adolescents, men, and women who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. Many have been labeled “difficult,” carry deep frustration with themselves, or spend years trying to will themselves into change, only to feel like they are the problem when their efforts don’t last. Often, they haven’t been given the right tools or support for them. They may feel overwhelmed, angry, discouraged, or disconnected from who they want to be.
My style is especially helpful for clients who struggle to find words for what they're feeling or have tried talking through challenges but still feel stuck. I have specialized training in somatic (body-based) approaches, play therapy, IFS and postpartum support and draw from over 10 years of experience in schools and mental health settings.
