Now taking new clients! I believe in taking a holistic and person-centered approach to therapy. Each person's experiences and challenges are unique, and I tailor treatment plans to meet the specific needs of clients. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Somatic therapy, and Breathwork, I help clients develop coping strategies, gain insight into their thoughts and emotions, and make positive changes in their lives. I specialized in ages 12 and up with Eating disorders, PTDS, Trauma, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, depression and Narcissistic abuse recovery.
I have a strong sense of empathy and believe by learning coping skills to raise your awareness of your inner strengths, you can then address the underlying issues. Working through the mind/body connection, we can get to the core of the issues, and therapeutically, move towards healing and a more fulfilling life for you.
If the pandemic taught us anything, is that we need each other and connection is paramount to mental health. If you struggled with depression, anxiety, gender identity, eating disorders or trauma before, the pandemic exacerbated what was already there. Please give me a call/email to for a chat to see how I can help you.
