Announcement icon Currently I am doing virtual appointments via Zoom. Please call to schedule your appointment 678-644-0039.
My specialty is working with teens, families and couples to help discover what is impairing your ability to move forward in your life. Whether it an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I can help you therapeutically, get to the core of the issues, then step by step form a plan to put you on track to lead a more fulfilling life. I also treat divorce recovery for children and parents- how to walk the middle path and be a truly good parent. DBT and CBT are therapies I use that have been clinically proven to help you mindfully make better decisions and life more peaceful. I co-lead teen and preteen DBT groups.
I have a strong sense of empathy and provide a safe, confidential environment for people to work through their difficulties. I strive to provide treatments that are evidence based in order for my clients to obtain their desired change as efficiently as possible. I use DBT and CBT also incorporating other treatment modalities to suit the client’s needs.
It can be a daunting task to find a therapist you click with. Please don't hesitate to call so we can discuss how I can help you.
