About

Now taking new clients. By leading therapy with warmth, validation and encouragement, I provide you with a comfortable environment to share your personal story. I specialize in teens, adults, and families coping with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD and trauma, self harm. As a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) trained therapist, I teach your to recognize your strengths and learn coping skills such as distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness. I have an office in Sandy Springs and via Zoom.
I have a strong sense of empathy and believe by learning coping skills to raise your awareness of your inner strengths, you can then address the underlying issues. Working through the mind/body, we can get to the core of the issues, and therapeutically, and move towards healing and a more fulfilling life for you in your family, socially, and professionally.
We all need help. If the pandemic taught us anything, is that we need each other and it is ok to ask for help. If you struggled with depression, anxiety, eating disorders or trauma before, the pandemic exacerbated what was already there. Remember you're not alone and I am happy to speak with you to see if we click. Give me a call to chat about your needs.
