It is my privilege and joy to help clients overcome obstacles that impede their path to the achievement of their overall well being. I have worked with diverse populations spanning the age range from 6 to 92. I enjoy working with clients to address their developmental and adult traumas, and the wide range of associated co-morbid symptoms and diagnoses. Problems with interpersonal relationships are often the foundation of mental health issues. I work with individuals, couples and families and I take the time to understand the problems with which they present, and the goals to which they aspire.
I believe people can achieve their full potential through effective therapy. I approach treatment from the lens of attachment theory, person centered therapy, family systems theory, and an assortment of other modalities. I have an MS in clinical mental health counseling and am in the processing of earning a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision.
