I treat adults with relationship issues that can include couple/marital concerns, coparenting concerns, individual issues with coworkers, friends, and family. I work well with clients experiencing anxiety and depression. I also treat adolescents individually, and with their parents, who are having difficulty with the adjustment to the teen years or young adulthood; have diagnosed depression or anxiety; relationship problems with friends, peers, or romantic partners. Ideally these clients are interested in receiving help and are motivated to make changes.
I am trained and certified in the Gottman Method and Theraplay to address relationship issues. I use Cognitive-Behavioral interventions to treat Anxiety and Depression. I have 15 years experience in various settings.
I have my own practice. I work collaboratively with other health professionals to ensure that my client's needs are addressed by all involved My office is casual and comfortable that is easy to access with public transportation from surrounding cities.
