About
Therapy can help you overcome challenges such as addressing negative feelings, making behavioral change, managing a transition, or dealing with grief, loss, and trauma. Therapy is also a great place to learn about strengthening relationships, setting goals, and challenging yourself to be the person you want to be. I have been working with and advocating for individuals, children, and families since 2005. I welcome all clients, but found my techniques to be particularly helpful in working with anxiety, depression, life transition, trauma history, PTSD, grief or loss, and couple & family dynamic issues.
I strive to provide a comfortable, open, & accepting environment for you to begin your journey and use scientifically supported CBT, DBT, IFS, & other strength based positive psychology strategies to teach coping skills & and create lasting, positive change.
