Therapy is a courageous and powerful step for your journey, helping you grow and/or heal to reach the goals you desire. By meeting you where you are at emotionally/mentally we work for you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, discover patterns in your life and learn skills for you to reach your goals.
- I have over two decades working closely with individuals, couples and families, learning, supporting, teaching and guiding. I taught parenting classes and child development for over three years using Positive and Active parenting styles. I also conduct couples counseling. It is my passion to support couples in having a more connected relationship.
I have a Therapy Dog who will be joining my practice late Summer 2022 after she passes her positive trainings Level 1 and 2. Her name is Callie and she is a mix of a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Portuguese Water Dog. She will be in my office one day a week. Her job will be to aid in a more relaxing environment.
