About
Seeking help for life's difficulties is not always easy and I want to make the process as comfortable for you as possible. I maintain a comfortable, judgement free environment where I work with tweens, teens and adults on a wide variety of issues including; low self esteem, depression, anxiety, self injury, parenting issues, mood disorders, stress management, oppositional behavior, suicidal thoughts, and social skills.
My clinicial interventions are mainly from a cognitive behavioral standpoint; focusing on thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I believe that by overcoming negative thoughts and behaviors, clients can make positive changes to the way they feel.
While I maintain the utmost professionalism in my work; I have a very personal, approachable style that helps me to build strong rapport with my clients.
