Are you suffering from trauma or PTSD? That is my main focus is treatment. It can be successfully treated with a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have had a lot of success with this treatment combination. I also treat substance abuse since the underlying cause is usually trauma. I treat all sexes, ages 18 and up. I treat all races. English only. I am a veteran. Note: Teletherapy for Florida residents only. I use Zoom. I also see clients in office. My license is for Florida only. The first session is a free assessment and intro to my methods of treatment.
I follow the Human Givens. Outlook is holistic. I believe in positive psychology, mindfulness, hypnosis, CBT, NLP, EMDR [nationally certified therapist]. Video conferencing available though Zoom. Trauma doesn't have to meet DSM before you can seek treatment. If you have had childhood trauma, an injury, accident, domestic abuse, grief, violence, war, etc. If it stands out, you may be helped with treatment. BTW: I use a lightbar rather than my fingers. I also have kinsesthetic and audiory bilateral stimulation systems. I find them less threatening.
