I work especially well with women's issues, especially life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My dissertation was on treatment for rape survivors and I have worked extensively with survivors of incest and domestic abuse as well.
I have done advanced training in trauma resolution, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy. My practice also includes a Jungian orientation, including dreamwork for those who are interested.
My training and experience includes working in psychiatric and state hospitals, so diagnosis/evaluation are part of my expertise. In particular, I'm interested in working with mood disorders, including bipolar; anxiety disorders including panic; and thought disorders.
