I am not a superhero but I love providing therapeutic services to clients to aid them in uncovering and uprooting challenges so that they may increase their self-awareness, insight, and ability to heal. Utilizing a compassionate but direct approach, I come alongside the individual to offer support and therapeutic interventions as we work together to increase their ability to heal.
Using a broad therapeutic approach that includes but is not limited to cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and positive psychology, I assist in providing support as we address and seek to resolve identified challenges.
