I draw from evidence-based practices, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
I specialize in helping people navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I also have a special interest in working with people who want support in understanding their neurodivergency, including ADHD and autism.
