Mindful May - Spring Cleaning for the Mind

This therapy group offers a holistic approach to help participants refresh and declutter their minds through yoga, meditation, and mindful journaling. Each session focuses on letting go of mental clutter, cultivating inner peace, and setting intentions for growth. The group will meet on the first four Mondays in May at the Carmel Mountain Ranch Rec Center from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM. The cost is $220 for all 4 sessions if registered by April 9, and $260 after April 9.
