Welcome to my warm-hearted practice. I specialize in helping women in their 30’s & 40's to trust their intuition, to feel centered, embodied, and sturdy inside. Together we work to transform anxiety, depression, maternal health challenges into psychological well-being. Women often express being high-achievers, perfectionists, not belonging, rage, grief, all things motherhood, perinatal/postpartum, and a low trust in self. While I primarily work with women, I'm dedicated to providing inclusive, culturally-sensitive, equitable-care, to all individuals. As well as a passion for supporting couples preparing for/parenting young children.
My approach is sincere, relational, & deeply compassionate. I believe that people heal through attunement, safety, & learning about their attachment patterns as survival adaptations. The roots of my work grow from a Depth, Attachment, Somatic and Liberation Psychological approach.

A group for women to process and practice their relationship with boundaries. In our culture, most women are NOT taught boundaries or we learned to be accommodating with a message of “go along to get along”, abandon one's needs to make others comfortable. Mother's Group
The experience of motherhood is all encompassing, it touches and transforms every area of a women's life- yet the process of becoming a mother, also known as Matrescence (Ma-tre-scence rhymes with Adolescence) is rarely talked about in our culture. In an unhurried way, we will unpack ideals and beliefs of motherhood, slow down anxious thoughts, practice compassionate inner self-talk, and learn to help balance the invisible “mother load”.
