My therapy treatment is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT) and EMDR. I'm flexible and willing to find the right treatment to get you to where you want to be. Therapy is not a "one size fits all", it just cant be since you are uniquely you.
Starting therapy can be exciting but scary since you will be challenged and pushed (lovingly) to embrace change and see things from a different perspective.
