My objective is that after our first session, you will feel that we have a pathway for a desired solution. I have worked with ages ranging from 5 to 85 years young. I treat each individual, couple, or family with respect and warmth.
I offer Walk and Talk therapy as an option. It is an innovative form of behavioral health integrating counseling, movement and nature with the intent to strengthen mental fitness, physical fitness and the mind-body connection. I offer in home sessions for families or couples who would like parent-child interaction coaching or couples coaching.
I provide counseling and mind body therapies to individuals, couples and families seeking professional help for their wellness needs.
