Seeking therapy does not mean you are broken. Asking for help is a courageous step. I'm an LMFT, with over a decade of clinical experience having worked with kids, teens, adults, & groups with various challenges and/or mental health issues. Currently, I only work with adults in Individual Therapy. Clients who are facing challenges, whether it's symptoms of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Trauma, low self esteem, poor boundaries, relational/occupational issues, & etc. I promote healthy coping strategies & guide my clients towards self clarity & confidence, improve boundaries & communication, & find resolutions to issues.
I utilize different treatment modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Trauma Informed Therapy based on the need of the client. Recently, EMDR trained from the highly respected, EMDR Institute.
I provide a safe, neutral space for all of my clients, as well as actively listening to what my clients say, verbally as well as non-verbally. I customized treatment plans based on each client's needs. My goal is to help clients learn new skills, grow from their struggles, start healing from their pain, and move towards their desired outcome.
