I believe Cognitive Behavioral therapy with a trauma focused approach will help my clients develop an understanding of how thoughts drive feelings followed by behaviors. Reducing negative thinking encourages positive behaviors and feelings. Learning techniques to manage stress is crucial for a successful recovery.
