My style is eclectic. In addition to EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFF, and EFT. I have studied deeply Yoga, Jungian Dream Analysis, Reiki, and Breath Work. Also certified in Mindfulness and Life Coaching, I use all the tools in my toolbox to help get the results you desire while finding inner peace through the relief of release.
