About
If you are visiting my page, it is because you or someone in your life needs help. You have questions about what to do, if change is possible, and if things will ever get better. Something has happened, which altered the course of your life, and you need to find direction out of this pain. The good news is, that these struggles can and will inevitably change. This is the nature of life, with all the anxiety and possibility it brings. I am here to offer my training and experience, to help you shape the changes before you, find your unique direction, and heal the wounds within.
I'm an LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally minded therapist (though ever learning.) I have seventeen years of experience in a variety of mental health settings, including eight as a trauma-informed clinician. I'm a Certified Equine Specialist and have extensive training in many mental health interventions.
Opening up isn't easy, I know. Starting therapy takes courage, even for those familiar with the process. Please know that my first goal is to support you and meet you where you're at, without judgement or assumption. Feel free to call me today for a free consultation.
