Mary Cook has a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. She utilizes techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Mary Cook has been involved in helping and supporting people for the past 8 years, when she began mentoring at-risk youth. That interest led her to seek an advanced degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Mary has experience working with people of all ages to overcome anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and relationship issues.
