Our daily life can be full of stressors at home, work/school, or in our relationships. Trying to process, make meaning, and progress through stressors can have unexpected challenges or feel overwhelming. I work collaboratively with clients to explore and understand life's challenges and to build more genuine connections. I support clients in improving their overall psychological, emotional, and physical health. My goal is to help clients build confidence in their skills to manage these stressors on their own. I strive to create a safe therapeutic environment that fosters vulnerability, acceptance, hope, and connection.

I work with children, adults, couples, & families to understand their goals. I help clients with issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD in children, family/relationship conflict, and life transitions. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based Therapy techniques. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.

I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
