I work with children (6+), teens, adults, and couples, and have a special passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, relationship concerns, and emotional intensity.
I provide a supportive, person-centered space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to be your authentic self. My approach draws on DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, ART for trauma, play therapy with children, and Gottman Method Level 1 with couples.
