Helping you feel seen, safe, and supported—just as you are.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, as well as individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and identity concerns. I know what it’s like to live through hard things and to heal from them, which shaped my deep empathy for grief, family dynamics, and self-discovery.
In therapy, I bring warmth, authenticity, and a calm, grounded presence. I use EMDR to help clients heal from trauma and anxiety, and draw from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples move from disconnection toward deeper intimacy. I also implement ERP, somatic work, and solution-focused therapy.
I’ll meet you where you are and honor your unique brain, strengths, and story. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen and heard. If you’re ready to feel more connected to yourself and the people you love, I’d be honored to support you.
