I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These approaches help you learn new ways to handle difficult thoughts and feelings, and work through painful experiences. If you want to feel less anxious, let go of upsetting memories, or just be more comfortable with yourself, I am here to support you on that journey.
