Hi there-I’m Mary Carter, LMFT. I have over 23 years of experience helping people with things like depression, anxiety, grief and loss, ADHD, and more. My approach is centered in the evidence-based theory of Carl Rogers providing unconditional positive regard to each individual. I am a certified in cognitive behavioral therapy and anger management, and am a parenting and late life depression facilitator. I provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental space to be transparent about their struggles.
