We all have the wisdom and power to heal within us, but we need safety and support to access it. I desire to support my clients with making sense of themselves based on their lived experiences and present day challenges. I believe in being human and realistic with my clients by offering a safe and respectful space for connection and healing.
My style and approach is a product of all I have learned from professional mentors and continued education; I use trauma based interventions such as somatic processing; internal family systems, breath work and grounding and other trauma trainings. I am always learning and incorporating new techniques which I tailor to your needs in session.
At the heart of my work is a strong, supportive and collaborative partnership between us. Our work will focus on bringing you into greater connection with yourself and your world.
