I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia, with over 8 years of experience specializing in helping adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, family conflict, anger management, grief, divorce, life transitions, and women's issues. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology from the University of Detroit and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University, where I graduated with honors.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual, incorporating various theories and techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
