I have been working with individuals and families for over 20 years. I love helping individuals and families feel more competent and happy. Whether it is an issue with your preschooler or communication problems with your teenager, I can help find a solution that everyone can live with.
I have special training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I can help parents work as a team, gain confidence in themselves and have better relationships with their children. I also specialize in using EMDR with children and adults to address big or little traumas.
I have the first private practice in Orange County to offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). My office is equipped to offer this unique coaching method where parents learn as they play.
