I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee working with clients through telehealth services. Life should be about “doing more of what makes you happy”. I’m here to help you to a path of healing, empowerment, and getting back to being you. I’ve worked over 15 plus years helping individuals regain a sense of awareness in their life, with practical life strategies, with emphasis on the body and mind.
My focus is to offer a safe space to share your feelings and thoughts in a supportive and confidential environment. I have found that when clients feel safe, they can share their inner thoughts and begin the healing process to recover and regain a sense of purpose in their lives. I have worked in an array of settings, from inpatient care to online therapy.
I approach goal setting by helping the client see real and authentic progress through ensuring the client feels safe in their environment, feels understood, has a treatment plan, and is the authority on their life during the therapeutic process.
