Hi, my name is Mary, I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee working with clients through telehealth services. Life should be about “doing more of what makes you happy”. I’m here to help you to a path of healing, empowerment, and getting back to being you. I’ve worked over 15 plus years helping individuals regain a sense of awareness in their life, with practical life strategies, with emphasis on the body and mind.
My focus is to offer a safe space to share your feelings and thoughts in a supportive and confidential environment. I have found that when clients feel safe, they can share their inner thoughts and begin the healing process to recovery and regain a sense of purpose in their life. I approach goal setting by helping the client see real and authentic progress through ensuring the client feels safe in their environment, feel understood, treatment planning, and is the authority on their life during the therapeutic process.
