I believe healing starts with being kind to ourselves. Life has a tendency to throw curve balls that trigger old hurts and make us feel small and inadequate. It’s these very moments of vulnerability that provide opportunities to learn and step into a bigger version of ourselves - if we are ready. It is my honor to walk alongside you on your journey to connecting to yourself and the world around you, and figuring out next steps. I believe in a holistic approach that involves mind, body, heart and soul, each of which provide unique information about the work that is needed at this time.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with individual adults and groups. I use experiential approaches including mindfulness, somatic techniques, EMDR, and Parts Work (IFS) to explore issues like trauma and dissociation, loss and grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, boundary setting, life transitions, and relationships.
