I earned my master's degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and I am working on my Doctorate from Walden University. I have spent several years helping diverse individuals overcome barriers that prevent them from enjoying their lives. I utilize several evidence-based therapy techniques, including those that are specific to the veteran population, that will allow an individual an opportunity to work through obstacles and achieve outcomes that they desire to have a happier, healthier life.

Specialty areas include: Couples therapy, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, end-of-life dilemmas, persons of faith seeking therapy, and group support for individuals who have chronic illnesses including cancer.
